Terms of service

  1. Sola Parties:

    1. To schedule a Sola Party, a non-refundable $100 deposit is due at the time of scheduling.

    2. The remaining balance for parties are due no later than one (2) weeks prior to the scheduled party.

    3. Parties cancelled at least one (1) week prior to the party date will receive a 50% refund of monies paid beyond the non-refundable $100 deposit.

    4. Parties cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the event will owe all remaining monies due and be ineligible for a refund. See “exceptions” for more information.

  2. Custom Orders, Events:

    1. A 20% non-refundable deposit must be made within seven (7) days of contract to secure the date.

    2. The remaining balance is due fifteen (15) days prior to the event date.

    3. Custom event orders must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the event to receive a refund of any monies paid beyond the 20% non-refundable deposit.

    4. Orders cancelled between eight (8) and twenty-nine (29) prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of monies paid beyond the 20% non-refundable deposit.

    5. Any cancellations made seven (7) days or less to the event will owe all remaining monies due and be ineligible for a refund. See “exceptions” for more information.

  3. Exceptions: In the event of serious illness or emergency, Sola Parties and Custom Event orders can be rescheduled one (1) time. Subject to date availability.

  4. Returns: Please inspect your order upon receipt of items. If an item or items have been deemed unacceptable, the items will be returned and the refund process will begin. Once the items have been accepted by the consumer, there are no refunds on custom ordered pieces or sola parties.   5. Refund Process: Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or receipt and refusal of items.

  6. Policy Updates: Sola by Amyot reserves the right to update our cancellation policy as needed. Any changes to policies will be communicated to consumers at least seven days in advance.
